This unique brewery, along with its namesake beer, was born out of the crazy dream of three enthusiasts of beer and trail running. Together, they created a local beer by incorporating the aromas of the forest that would arouse their senses during their outings in the woods: young Douglas fir shoots with a sweet citrus aroma. This is how they captured the unique and wild character of this splendid and mysterious region of the Ardennes in their organic beer ‘THArée’ (from the name ‘Trailers de la Haute Ardenne’).
